1.Manufacture
　　Our corrugating rolls are made of high quality 48CrMo alloy steel. Advanced technologies of grinding and heat treatments are applied, including hardening or tempering, intermediate frequency quenching and hard chrome plating or tungsten carbide coating, etc. Our products are characterized with high hardness and long life.

2.Repair
　　We provide UV Treated chrome-plated rolls and also V type tungsten carbide corrugating rolls., crumbled, flute height is lowered and center flute is dented. The recovery amount is generally less than 0.2mm, which conforms to the national standards.

3.Flute Shape
　　Flute are of UV. They are elaborately grinded by Siemens numerically controlled corrugated roller grinding machine with computer designing technology. They are characterized by high precision, high cardboard intensity and lower take up ratio.
