Product description
Each slitting knife using independent grinding system; can set grinding time and length for slitting knife from computer, and also can grinding by manual to make sure the clean and smooth on paper board's cut.
A.C.MOTOR + inverter for slitting tool; can synchronous operate with Double Backer.
Diameter of scoring tool: 220mm; Minimum scoring size 135mm.
Scoring type can change to four wheel cycle type.
Pneumatic controlled raising and lowering of slitting and scoring tool; two machine ally order change without stop machine and cut off paper board during machine running.
Slitting and scoring size adjustment by independent motorize setting.
Up to 999 order changes can be stored into memory.
Production order NO. can output from memory by actual needed.
The machine can motorized move right or left 50mm to adjust papers slanting.
