The design of corrugating rolls positioned under the pressure roll is considered to lower the center of gravity to reduce the vibration while the machine is running. That will help the production work more smoothly and stably. Besides, it also offers safer, more convenient and quicker way to change rolls.

Positive pressure type design helps the medium paper to press evenly and closer to the surface of corrugating roll to have perfect forming. And also get even gluing on the flute tip to have perfect laminating of the single facer.

Assistant pressure roll design fits for any different quality paper and production speed. And also reduce the pressure roll's mark which is due to over press caused from the pressure roll or thinner papers. Owing to this function, that enhances the strength of single facer.

Quick change rolls in 10 minutes, while replacing the corrugating rolls, the whole complete set of additional rolls with cassette is delivered into the machine by the motorized carriage and matched with the air pump to be fixed on the base of the machine by hydraulic system. Which just use several push-button switches complete the replaced task instead of tools.

All inlet&outlet of steam vapor for corrugating rolls are centralized and controlled by air valve. The replacement corrugating rolls should be preheating before installation. Thus after finished the replaced task, just turn on steam vapor via air valve to start production without job stoppage.

Precise gluing system: use gluing cubical instead of traditional glue pan type. Both glue roll and doctor roll are submerged inside the enclosure. Especially, the doctor roll is under the glue level totally that will let the glue quantity be distributed evenly, in fact, the glue always maintains at the same level, and will not suffer from glue shortage. Matching with the difference of both rolls'circumference tangent line that will keep the glue film to be stable on the surface of the glue roll. That will produce the flat sheet.

According to the different kinds of material papers and production speed, you could preset many different glue gaps and they will easily and quickly up to the demanding gap automatically. When the production speed has been changed to higher speed, the isolate glue plate will automatically micro modify to prevent from the glue from being spread out. The cubical position is located far away from the heating section which different from the traditional position, thus the glue will not get dried up easily. The glue pate designed by outflow type which can keep the surface of glue at the same level and to avoid of glue shortage.

The moveable type glue unit is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
