Adopted advanced design concept and compliant with CE standards, our machines include fixed unit, servo motor driven, vacuum transfer, feeding accuracy, printing precise registration, quick-set for plate change， hot air dryer, IR dryer, or UV curing are optional. Touch screen controls and order storage available with integrated computer. Remote maintenance, central dust collecting system and air conditioners for each electrical cabinet are available.

The results are excellent print quality with full coverage.

Be applied to the screen printing on coated paperboard or kraft paperboard, inline with folder gluer to save labor.

Feeder Unit: Servo Motor Drive

Continuous or skip feeding is available.

Servo Driven Lead Edge Feeder with adjustable feed stroke.

Extended sheet cleaning system with anti-static bar, multiple rows of brushes, and strong vacuum to remove dust from print surface.

Pneumatic brush moves up and down to remove dust.

Variable frequency drive control of vacuum suction to match different sizes of paperboard.

Printer Unit: Servo Motor Drive

Vacuum transfer system with rollers.

Available with either the Matthews or Quick-Lock Plate Mounting Systems(Optional).

First to last print registration of ±0.3mm.

Dual Doctor Blade or Single Doctor Blade inking system(Optional).

Peristaltic pump to supply ink, dual diaphragm pump to return ink.

Auto Washing System included with “Wash–while–run” capability for fast and efficient ink

cleanup.

Auto register reset system after printing plates are cleaned.

Quick-set printing cylinder move up 180mm for plate change.

Inter-station hot air dryer, IR dryer, or UV curing can be installed in each printer unit(Optional).

Die-cutter Unit: Servo Motor Drive

Creaser and die-cutter are separately installed as two stations, which makes scrap clearance after die-cutting easier.

Side to side oscillation of anvil drum(50mm).

MicroGrind Anvil Trimming System with automatic speed compensation control. Every 10,000 pieces die-cut, the system will automatically trim 0.02mm from the anvil covers and adjust the anvil drum speed accordingly to maintain a constant speed with the die cylinder and paperboard.

Double-Shaft Slotter Unit: Servo Motor Drive

Knives do not need to be removed when slotting larger size paperboard and during skip feeding.

The slotting boss moves along linear guides driven by lead screws for more flexible and precise movement.

Pre-creaser and creaser to minimize score cracking and promote better folding accuracy.

Hand hole-punching dies are available.
