Main functions:

- Vacuum suck back-stopper automatic feeding make the crooked paperboard level off

- All transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel (40 Cr) grinded under high temperature with hardness ＞ HRC42

- Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, reduce noise and prolong the service life

- Anvil roller and mould roller adopts high-grade steel with fine reground and chrome plated surface

- Balance correction enhances running stability

- Mould roller and anvil roller can be apart / released by the air cylinder eccentric mechanism during non-working condition in order to decrease the load of the machine and to prolong the life of the cutting mould and urethane rubber

- Pneumatic lifting device working synchronous with the feeding system (During the feeding operation the correct die-cutting of every paperboard)

- Mechanical drive anvil roller transverse moves within 60mm and installed with radial differential device to spread wear evenly (every cutting at different position) and to improve the life of anvil roller

- No matter how vary the diameter of anvil roller, unique speed difference compensation devices makes the anvil roller slide together with mould roller so that the surface speed of anvil roller complies with it of the mould roller, to make a perfect, uniformed die cutting

- Imported urethane (rubber) cover and its correction device to prolong the working life-3 to 4 corrections, 1-1.5mm each correction

- Planetary gear phasing structure, 360 degree motorized adjustment (run, brake, forward & backward)
